Project management covers the whole life of a project, from brief and design team appointment through to completion. Construction management concentrates on the build itself: what happens on site, trade by trade, week by week. Many owners appoint us for both.
The owner. We act as the owner's representative, or as construction manager coordinating separate trade contracts on the owner's behalf. We do not act for the contractor on the same project.
