Project detail
Demolition of the remaining John Gray High School campus and construction of multi purpose sports pitches in its place. Demolition and groundworks price very differently to a building: the risk sits in what is found once the structures come down, and then in the earthworks, drainage and surfacing that follow. The instruction covered property and construction consultancy across the phase.
Project experience gained by a member of the Nautic team while working at a previous firm. This was not a Nautic instruction.
