Structural works to Room C4 at the Cayman Islands Further Education Centre (CIFEC) in George Town, forming an automotive training workshop so students learn on a working bay rather than in a classroom. A workshop of this kind is built around its equipment: the two-post vehicle lift sets the slab thickness, the clear height and the anchor fixings, and the structure has to take those loads before anything else is fitted. Doing that work on a college campus that stays open means the programme is set by the teaching timetable. Our role covered cost and delivery support.
